Did you know that anxiety disorders have been the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population every year? … (According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America).

Our prayer is if this is you or anyone you know, that you use (or share) this prayer/confession as a tool to turn your entire situation around enabling you to live the extraordinary life God planned and prearranged for you.

HOW??  By reading the prayer confession below and the scriptures out loud (so that you can hear it) EVERYDAY.

SOUND TOO EASY??  It might… A really really simplified explanation is – as you do this, you’re slowly changing your belief system and then you become what you believe.

One reader shared the comments below.  I trust that as you persistently apply the simple instructions above, you will “Overcome and Flourish” as well!
“From this prayer, I learned God truly loves me and cares about every aspect of my life.  He cares about my family, my career, my personal relationships, my feelings, my hurts, my dreams and aspirations, my personal preferences, etc.  Since He loves me, He wants me to know that He can take care of any situations that may arise in my life.  He is ALWAYS there to comfort me, show me that He loves me, and give me joy and peace during difficult circumstances.  I have also learned that it is my job to acknowledge that He loves me and receive that truth into my spirit and remember it daily.  God’s love helps me to withstand any challenge and I am made strong in any area where I feel weak.  God loves me and that’s awesome!!”

Important Note:  You WILL have to PERSIST and PUSH your way past all the little things that will rear its’ ugly head to try and stop you from following your simple instructions to your victory.

God Loves and Supports Me!

Thank You, Father, for loving me and giving me everlasting consolation, encouragement, and hope.  Thank You for comforting and strengthening my heart and keeping me steadfast in every good word and good work.

Thank You, Father, for loving me.  You saved me from all sin and unrighteousness – not because of anything that I did – but because of Your Grace and Mercy.  You pour out Your Holy Spirit on me in abundance and I receive Him by faith.  I didn’t deserve it, but You justified me and made me Your heir and joint-heir with my Lord, Jesus Christ.  I am an heir of eternal life.  Thank You, Father.

2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 AMPC; Romans 8:16-17; Titus 3:4-7

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, Who loved us and gave us everlasting consolation and encouragement and well-founded hope through [His] grace (unmerited favor), 17 Comfort and encourage your hearts and strengthen them [make them steadfast and keep them unswerving] in every good work and word.                                                                                                                                                                               — Romans 8:16-17…… 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.                                                                                                                                                                       — Titus 3:4-7…… 4 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Thank You, Father, for letting me know that I can and should cast all my cares on You – and so, I do – because You care for me.  Because You have empowered me through Your Word, I am NOT anxious about anything.  I’m an overcomer… MORE than a conqueror!

John 16:33 AMPC; Romans 8:37-39; Philippians 4:6-8; 1Peter 5:7; 1John 4:4 AMPC; Revelation 12:11a

33 I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]                                                                                                                                                                  — Romans 8:37-39……. 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.                                                                                                                                — Philippians 4:6-8……. 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Meditate/Think on These Things 8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things arepure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.                                                                                                                                                                          — 1Peter 5:7……. 7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.                                                                          — 1John 4:4 AMPC……. 4 Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world.                                                                                                                                                                                      — Revelation 12:11a……. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony

Because of Your love for me, I know You will never – not ever – leave me nor forsake me and I can boldly say You are my helper.  I will not fear.  I know without You, I am weak – but you said “Let the weak say, I am strong” – so because of You, Father, I am strong.  I can do all things thru Christ, Who strengthens me.

Joel 3:10b; Philippians 4:13; Hebrews 13:5b-6 AMPC

— Joel 3:10b……. Let the weak say, ‘I am strong”.                                                                                                                    — Philippians 4:13……. I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].   — Hebrews 13:5b-6 AMPC……. – for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] 6 So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?

Thank You, Father, for loving me.  Because Your Word says You love me just as You love Jesus, I accept and receive that by faith.

John 17:23; Galatians 2:20; Ephesians 5:2

— John 17:23……. I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.                                                                                  — Galatians 2:20……. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.                    — Ephesians 5:2……. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

In the Name of Jesus, I pray – Amen.

Additional Referenced Scriptures that apply to the overall content of this Prayer-Confession…All scriptures are from the New King James Version unless marked with AMPC (Amplified Version, Classic Edition):

Mark 11:22-25; John 16:23-24; 1 John 5:14-15

— Mark 11:22-25……. So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.                                                                                                                                               — John 16:23-24……. “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. 24 Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.                                                                                                                                                           — 1 John 5:14-15……. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
